Winter Must Haves

March 7th 2007 03:28
I know I may be a bit eager, but I cant get enough of winter fashion. Even though it is still a good 3 months till winter, I think it is the perfect time to start assembling a winter wardrobe.

Winter Must Haves

Trench Coat
I really think that everyone should own one of these, women and men. A trench coat in a neutral colour never goes out of fashion.

Burberry Trench

Ankle Boots
These are the boots of the season. A low cut black pair worn with black leggings can give the illusion of longer legs.

Rollneck Jumpers
A rollneck jumper is the ideal layering piece this winter. It’s functional, fashionable and can be worn with nearly anything.

Leggings
A pair of leggings in black, are a serious staple for any winter wardrobe, helping make the transition from summer to winter that little bit easier. Can be worn with summer skirts to create a girly look, or by themselves worn under a great pair of black boots to create a rocking biker look.

Cropped Jacket
Cropped Jackets are ideal for tran-seasonal dressing, teamed with pants or a skirt, this style of jacket makes for a stylish winter look.

Mike & Chris

Tulip Skirt
They enhance the natural curves of a women’s body and are a sophisticated way to tap into this season’s voluminous trend. Can be very flattering worn with a tucked in top.

Opaque Stockings
Still as big as they were last year. Try charcoals, blacks and whites, to create a smouldering winter look. If opaques are a little plain for your liking, opt for a patterned pair to turn up the heat.

Knits
An obvious to every winter wardrobe, to keep you rugged up in those cooler months.

Great first Post Jeska! After all this humid weather we've been having in Sydney I'm looking forward to winter as well.

I really love the trench coat. It's such a slim-line cut!
