Super models Kate Moss, Daria Werbowy and Laura Stone abandoned there wardrobes for some nude shots in W Magazine’s “Summer Camp” issue. Shot by famed photographer Bruce Weber, the sunny beach party had top fashion designers using a minimal of fabric for feminine enticement.

Posing down Miami way the co-ed crew of beautiful physiques played up to the camera and the results are titillating. Sex and fashion are again exploited though there seems to be little to do with the actual clothes in these snaps.

The allure of the sun

Waif poster girl Kate Moss seems to be staging a double assault for publicity of the flesh with the jaw dropping dotted sheer dress she wore to Tuesday Nights Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott fashion photography exhibit in Istanbul.

A whole new genre

October 2nd 2007 10:20
Galliano's last catwalk show for his own label was brash brazen bordehlo but this season for Dior he's shifted from the door-jambs of Paris to the silver-screens of Hollywood, invoking screen sirens and sirs across eras, genders and genres.

All images from http://eng.dolcegabbana.it

Flamboyant and theatrical, Dolce and Gabbana’s Summer 2008 collection is indeed replete with works of art. From the hand-painted fabrics, the obsession with intricate embellishments and details to the matte velvet lips, D & G invoke a Keats-ian realm - instead of a Grecian urn, this is my ode to an Italian dress

One journalist touts that its only since Celebrities and Designers realised that revenue could be bought in from red carpet photographs, that the Stylist has forged a position in society on par to a Publicist and Celebrity Manager. They are THE ultimate accessory and Celebrities today dont leave home without them.

A new super power has emerged with the baby boom among CEO's, Supermodels and Hollywood's A-List - having on call one's very own Parisian Baby Stylist. I had the pleasure of catching up with the name in every starlets Little Black Book - Laetitia Lerouge

New York Times does men in Milan

July 2nd 2007 10:21
As usual the New York Times summary of fashion week (this time men in Milan) is impeccable for those time poor and hungry for a fashion injection. So, to borrow their images and a bit of their sentiment here's my favourites of their favourites. (So derivative Alice... I know but didn't I just say I'm time poor?)
