Zodee

Website name: www.zodee.com.au
Location: Australia
Category: Lingerie, Swimwear, Sleepwear, Hosiery
Rating: 5 out of 5 (Best of the Best)
For 10 years the Zodee empire has been bulding. Zodee's "About Us" says it all. They are located in Belrose, NSW, and run solely online services. They specialise in providing a huge range of lingerie, undies, label swimwear, comfy nighties, slinky slips, pantihose et al.
When Zodee says "We are dedicated to our online customers providing fast and efficient help and support when it is needed" they mean it. Here's why.
The appearance of their web site home page is immediately engaging, as they list many known labels in the navigation pane. Your standard brands of knickers and bras are there, Bonds, Lovable, Bendon and Triumph, but they also stock a range of slightly more luxurious items such as Simone Perele, Oroton and Calvin Klein. You can immediately see that this is not a women's only zone - there are tabs indicating they also stock for Men, Girls, Boys and Babies too. Easy "quick links" to what you're looking for by category also make finding what you're after very easy from home.
Site usage couldn't be simpler. If I want to I can search very quickly for a pair of Elle Macpherson Briefs in a size 10 (obviously not for me). A click across to Hosiery and I've found myself a pair of Leona Edmiston Vespa Red fishnet tights in Tall.
This is a full e-Commerce site and is a huge online store. Their range is magnificent, and you can basically buy anything you want to do with undies, be they basic or somethin' fancy. They even stock the new Trinny and Susannah "Magic Knickers" which I'm yet to see in a bricks and mortar store.
Zodee has an extensive swimwear range. If, like me, you find it hard to find a flattering cossie, Zodee stock a great range for petite sizes through to the more curvy of us. In the "Fuller Figure" section you can pick yourself up the "Miraclesuit" as seen on telly.
I've personally purchased from Zodee, a few times now. I'm never disappointed. My expectations are always managed during the checkout process as to when my item will be on my doorstep. Contacting customer service, if at all necessary, is always a pleasure, (something which I find increasingly rare these days).
As a member you are treated to discounts on the items, and a lovely email newsletter. You can buy gift vouchers for girlfriends, boyfriends, mothers-in-law, they have clearance sales, gift wrapping, sometimes free gifts with purchases.
I'm not sure we could ask for anything more.
Have you used Zodee? What did you think?
