Street Chic - The Square, Sydney Uni
October 13th 2006 04:23
I realise I posted a street chic outfit from the Square at Sydney University only a couple of weeks ago, but I spend a lot of time there. On a beautiful sunny day, there's nothing better than basking on the grass with friends. I always love my friend Becci's outfits - she has the best dress sense, featuring flowy colourful dresses with random prints and patterns, loose, drapey tops made from thin fabrics, and splendidly ornate jewellery. Today she was wearing:
- black Supre footless tights
- long purple/green tie-dyed dress, from the Valley Markets in Brisbane
- thick silver cuff with beautiful imprinted design, from Cambodia
- silver bangle that was a present
- big purple stone pendant with elaborate silver setting on a long silver chain around neck, from Brisbane Markets
- silver angular reflective aviators (they actually belong to our mate AJ, but Becci stole them yaayy)
- lavendar metallic Havaianas thongs
- huge brown suede bag from Italy
She looked fantastic - her gorgeous tie-dyed hippy-style dress was so different to the usual tamely printed dresses I see. Becci, let's bring tie-dye back!
