Made in Paris (LINK)

What better place could a girl be - in love and in Paris with the man of her dreams, fashion exhibitions everywhere I look, surrounded by history, drowning in the incredible culture of this beautiful city...
Despite my very poor attempts at French - Paris has been very kind to me... I live in a beautiful apartment in the heart of Saint Germain Des Pres... I have wonderful Parisian friends and am slowly improving on those french lessons... even on the day when my lack of french and the unsmiling people and the stress of this huge city got me down, a chance hello from a local caricaturist on the way to Notre Dame left me smiling with a picture all the way home...
This is one of those days I am going to follow those rules from The Secret and have gratitude so...
Dear Paris
Thank you for:
- Everyday shining your happiness on the boy who I love, who loves me and for finally letting me wake up where he is
- Inviting me into the warm circle of a french family, their traditions, their gatronomy, their lifestyle and their love...
- For blessing my grandmother and family with good health during this time apart
- My wonderful new Parisian friends
- My Visa de Long Sejour
- Jardin De Luxembourg - our escape on those days when everything feels tough
- The chance meeting from a lovely waiter in Rue De La Paix to THE shoe artisan of the WORLD - Raymond Massarro and his best friend and colleague Christina... The big names in French luxury are famous the world over. But Paris is also home to dozens of hidden treasures—artisans working without fanfare in small companies that have long crafted exquisite products, sometimes for generations... Massarro and Christina are my favourite!
- The chance introduction to Karl Lagerfield... and haute couture designer Tilmann Grawe...
- The job guest lecturing at one of the most famous Fashion Universities in Paris....
- Helping me to survive a ten Professor panel interview in french at the University of Sorbonne. (despite blushing profusely and begging them to speak in english)
-Giving me the introductions to be an international fashion/lifestyle correspondent to some of the worlds best newspapers and fashion and lifestyle magazines from all over the world!!!
- For giving me a stylist palette of the tens of thousands of International and French designers who bless this city with their presence twice a year...
- Sharing your culture and your history with me
- Blessing my international PR and marketing agency, BluePedal with all of these wonderful international clients
- Delivering a plethora of opportunities for a female entrepreneur
What more could a girl want?
ah yes... the kiss at the top of the eiffel tower...
That comes next I hope!
