Kate Beckinsale

English Orchard of Lust
Returning to old habits here I couldn’t resist doing a brief overview of a celebrity starlet that is so beautiful her shortcoming thespian skills becomes irrelevant once the primal mating selection process kicks in.
A successful actress with several high profile films tucked somewhere inside her tight, tight jeans (Eg: Pearl harbour, Underworld) Kate could have just as easily become a super model. Not that her aspirations led her in that direction.
Born in London in 1973 the British beauty was born into an acting family. Her mother Jody Loe (Inspector Morse) and Richard Beckinsale (Porridge, Rising Damp) were both working performers and this obviously shaped her young dreams of stardom.
As a child she has said she “very oriental looking” due to her Burmese ancestry which played a significant part in her blossoming into the petite object of lust she has become.
Attending private school she won several writing awards before eventually pursuing her family’s trade and began working on TV. She made the decision that a degree in languages and literature at Oxford University would provide invaluable tools for her thespian goals. She never finished though because a year later Kenneth Branagh offered her a part in his Shakespearean adaptation of Much Ado About Nothing.
Rising steadily her obviously pleasing physical form now doubt helped her secure the roles for which she is most recognized. After a failed romance with Michael Sheen which produced a daughter Lily, she is now married to Big Budget director Len Wiseman who she met while filming Underworld.
Moving in fashion circles as so many celebrities seem to do, she can be often spotted in designer labels, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Yves St Laurent and posing at Chanel shows.
Often voted as one of her countries and the worlds most desirable woman, this is one starlet that manages some semblance of elegance while many around her slip.
Here is a montage of stills for those who need more sensual Beckinsale goodness. The song may be horrible, but the photos make up for it.
