Famke Janssen
Va-va-va-voom, Fluent in Dutch, German, English and French with a literature degree from Columbia University, Amsterdam born beauty Famke Janssen’s allure is more than physical. Standing at 5 foot 11 inchs the statuesque brunette grew up in Holland and began modelling before moving to New York City in 1984.
Quickly scooped up by Elite Modelling Agency, she got to work with Yves Saint Lauren and also posed for Victoria’s Secret. Relocating to L.A to chase her thespian ambitions, soon she was guest starring on TV shows like Star Trek The Next Generation and made her big screen debut opposite Jeff Goldblum in Fathers and Sons (1992).
Steady work led to her breakout performance as Xenia Zirgavna Onatopp in the James Bond adventure GoldenEye. Instantly recognized globally, she has since appeared in numerous films including City Of Industry, Rounders, Celebrity and The Faculty.
Achieving the next level of fame as Jean Grey in the X Men films and returning to TV for a recurring part on Nip/Tuck. When asked about her career the sultry star replies “I would rather not work than play in a movie that nobody watches."
Of course with the added celebrity comes the opportunity for her to adorn herself in some of the finest designer clothing.
Subjected to the rigors of repeated fashion shoots for magazine layouts and promotion means she has donned many looks with elegant and sensual lines.
In the Audrey Hepburn tradition with angora and wool, this classic pose shows a tenderness sometimes lacking in her shots.
Snuggly fitting into a pair of jeans, her contours are still enhanced by appropriate accessorizing.
Determined to be seen as more than a sex bomb, she is still willing to flaunt her assets.Sassy and dangerous, in leather and boots or a mini and blouse Famke commands the eye.
Already an icon for her screen characters and early work, this tasty femme has a classic dress sense that remains in style while her striking features ensure that she will continue to appear in magazines, at premieres and in male fantasies.

It was her part in City of Industry that caught my eye, she was the best thing about Goldeneye.
As a model she was stunning and I think she still has sleek attraction.
Thanks for visiting.
