All-around excellent blog, If Charlie Parker Was a Gunslinger, has a terrific pictorial on actress Claudia Cardinale, an Italian beauty that wowed me in "Once Upon a Time in the West".

Those great dark eyes, those long legs - the pictures capture a light-hearted look at Cardinale, fixing moments of laughter or whimsy.
Wait - now, I remember. She knocked me out as a little boy in "The Pink Panther", where she plays the Princess. Oh, the Princess!
She looked terrific as an exotic Princess, with those dark features and that flawless cinema skin.
